EMP Device

This EMP Device is a device created by Billy-G that emits an electromagnetic pulse to subdue Saati Namba.

The device is built to resemble and operate like a Taser gun. While luring her into a room with his two accomplices, Billy-G sneaks up behind Saati and "stuns" her with the EMP device, preventing her from attacking with her Program Options.
