The Con Artists are a pair of young men who work with Billy-G in his illegal ventures.

While helping Billy-G with his Pyramid Scheme venture, the pair were discovered and caught by Saati and Toeni, however, they were later freed from jail by Billy-G who requested their aid in capturing Saati for his own purposes.
While temporarily succeeding to capturing the A.I., they were defeated again and again arrested.
